The Business Services page displays a list of the business, IT and device services that you have access to in SL1. You can select a service as a favorite by clicking the star icon. This will display the service at the top of the list on the Business Services page in SL1. To remove a service from your favorites, click the star again. If you’re syncing Business Services from ServiceNow to SL1, you should use the same method to add and update services in both systems. This will ensure that all data is consistent and accurate. You can also create custom service models in SL1 and sync them into ServiceNow. However, you should not merge services between the two systems.
